Customer Support Technician
My apprenticeship with Comms365 has helped me start my career in IT. Working alongside many experienced people enables me to expand my knowledge each day in different areas of IT.
As well as learning from members of my team, Comms365 allows me to work independently on projects to help me to build my personal knowledge and confidence.
During my apprenticeship, the college training hours and working hours were both very flexible with each other, so I was not overwhelmed by having too much time at work or college.
I passed my apprenticeship and have been working at Comms365 for over 3 years now and I am learning new things every day.
NOC Team Leader
My experience of my apprenticeship at Comms365 was extremely rewarding. I was getting paid to learn about a subject I was extremely interested in. When I first started everyone at Comms365 was welcoming and the atmosphere in the office was very relaxed, this made it easy to find my feet within the company.
Since starting at Comms365 I have learnt a wide variety of skills not just in the networking domain but also in others such as Customer Service. I have gained a Cisco Qualification called Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). I did a lot of the learning at Comms365 which really helped me towards passing the qualification, along with some revision of my own. I am now being encouraged to progress into the Wireless side of networking as that is an area of the business Comms365 is growing.
My career continues to develop and I am now NOC Team Leader. As I complete each exam I will become a more experienced and knowledgeable engineer.
Customer Service Delivery
I commenced my Apprenticeship with Comms365 in January 2018 and was keen to apply my ongoing learning to my day to day role. Being the newest and youngest in the business, it was nerve-racking but all the staff members welcomed me and provided training specific to my role.
Comms365 are a forward thinking, innovative company with a proven track record within the Telecommunications Industry and with ambitious plans for the future.
All staff members are extremely supportive of both my academic and professional development. Working at Comms365 is very enjoyable and I’m hoping for a rewarding career after my apprenticeship ends.
Digital Marketing Assistant
I have been at Comms365 for just over a year now and I am currently studying an apprenticeship in Digital Marketing with them. I have learnt a variety of skills since I started and had many opportunities within the company as well, including writing and posting all the social media content and creating the monthly newsletter we send out to customers. I am also part of the social committee, helping to organise charity and social events for the company to partake in.
Comms365 is an excellent company to work for, they make you feel so welcome when you first start and part of the team straight away. If you do an apprenticeship with Comms365 they will assign you a work mentor who helps you to make sure you complete your tasks, have time to do apprenticeship work, and also teach you your job duties and support you all the way through. Comms365 provide a great working environment and everyone works well together as a team.
