We are seeking two New Business Sales Executives (one Direct, One Channel) to help us change the world.  This is an opportunity to join a highly energetic, dynamic and fast paced environment, working with some of the leading names in the industry.  Based in the Smart City of Milton Keynes, this role will suit anyone who is hungry enough to make a difference.  A keen eye for detail, an impeccable communication style, professional appearance, a desire to succeed and above all a love of sales are the minimum requirements for these roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving demanding but realistic sales targets (this will require determination, technique development, on the job learning and working with existing sales teams)
  • Play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the business
  • Finding and establishing the company’s next growth customers
  • Selling our range of 4G, SD-WAN and IoT products (alongside our Access services (ADSL/FTTC), Hosted Voice, Wholesale Network Services and more
  • Punctual and professional at all times
  • Ensure that Product knowledge is continually improved (through self-teaching, in-house training and listening) – understanding what you are selling is a key skill
  • Report weekly on progress and provide accurate and realistic sales forecasts for the Sales Meetings
  • Always promote the company in the best light – Comms365 bases its credibility on honesty and integrity and stands by its products and services.
  • Always strive to meet KPIs
  • Experience in selling telecoms based solutions is not a pre-requisite as training will be given, however it would be a distinct advantage if you had some technical sales background as our products and services are quite complex and an understanding of technology will help you build credibility.

The role is wide ranging and will require flexibility, impeccable self-starting ability, the requirement for flexible hours, multi-disciplines and the ability to do multiple roles and tasks not necessarily covered by this job description at the same time.

We are seeking two Internal Account Executives to manage our ever increasing customer base.  This is an opportunity to join a highly energetic, dynamic and fast paced environment, working with some of the leading names in the industry.  Based in the Smart City of Milton Keynes, this role will suit anyone who wants to make a difference, sees themselves as a go-getter, would like fun and to have a productive carrier in communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving demanding but realistic sales targets (this will require determination, technique development and on the job learning and working with existing sales people)
  • Play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the business
  • Establish long term relationships with the company’s key customers
  • Cross sell Access products (4G/ADSL/FTTC), introduce IoT solutions to customers and maintain up to date records across all sales databases, including Sage CRM and Excel.
  • Punctual and professional at all times – we are dedicated to customer service
  • Ensure that Product knowledge is continually improved (through self-teaching, in-house training and listening)
  • Report weekly on progress and provide accurate and realistic sales forecasts for the Sales Meetings
  • Always promote the company in the best light – Comms365 bases its credibility on honesty and integrity and stands by its products and services.
  • Offer customers the best service possible in order to meet KPIs
  • Experience in selling telecoms based solutions is not a pre-requisite as training will be given, however a keen interest in technology and how technology and the Internet of Things in particular are shaping our modern society are a must.   Customer account management experience would be an advantage.

The role will build long and sustained relationships with customers to enable repeat business and case studies.
