We Give Back
Throughout the year we join together to raise funds for Macmillan Coffee Morning, Children in Need, Sports Relief and Movember. We arrange bake sales and competitions, collections for the homeless and local foodbank and we have dress down Friday with proceeds going to Willen Hospice. We also do our best to do our bit and recycle where and when we can.
We enjoy having fun together, including going to exciting parties and corporate awards events. We participated in a company go karting challenge and managed 754 laps. You can see some of us adorning our Christmas jumpers on Christmas jumper day. And last but not least on the first Tuesday of the month, we all enjoy Pizza at lunchtime, courtesy of the company.

My experience of my apprenticeship at Comms365 was extremely rewarding. I was getting paid to learn about a subject I was extremely interested in. When I first started everyone at Comms365 was welcoming and the atmosphere in the office was very relaxed, this made it easy to find my feet within the company.
Since starting at Comms365 I have learnt a wide variety of skills not just in the networking domain but also in others such as Customer Service. I have gained a Cisco Qualification called Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). I did a lot of the learning at Comms365 which really helped me towards passing the qualification, along with some revision of my own. I am now being encouraged to progress into the Wireless side of networking as that is an area of the business Comms365 is growing.
My career continues to develop and I am now NOC Team Leader. As I complete each exam I will become a more experienced and knowledgeable engineer.
Being in an SME gives you a good opportunity to show self-motivation and the ability to work within a team, with all level of employees, from Apprentices to Directors. It’s a fast paced, fast growing, cutting edge telecommunications company with new exciting technologies and opportunities.
I enjoy working at Comms365 for the different challenges that I face each day. I am responsible for the sales invoicing and credit control and no two days are ever the same.
One of the things that I like most about working for Comms365 is that I am provided with a great working environment that also allows me to have a good work-life balance.
I started as an apprentice initially at Comms365 to help me pick up new skills and experience for my IT career path. Working alongside many experienced people has enabled me to expand my knowledge in several different areas of the business.
As well as learning from members of my team, Comms365 allows me to work independently on projects to help me to build my personal knowledge and confidence.
I passed my apprenticeship and have been working at Comms365 for over 6 years now. Since then, I’ve been able to pick up several other qualifications; including a HND in Computing, Cisco, and WatchGuard. I’m now beginning to explore other concepts such as virtualization and VMware.
Digital Marketing Executive
I have been working at Comms365 for over 3 years now. I completed my Digital Marketing apprenticeship whilst working here and I’ve learnt a variety of skills and taken on great responsibilities since I started, such as creating email communications to go out to our partners and customers. Comms365 gives you plenty of opportunities to expand your skillset and knowledge along the way and work your way up within the company.
Comms365 is an excellent company to work for, they make you feel so welcome when you first start and part of the team straight away. If you do an apprenticeship with Comms365 they will assign you a work mentor who helps you to make sure you complete your tasks, have time to do apprenticeship work, and also teach you your job duties and support you all the way through. Comms365 provides a great working environment, and everyone works well together as a team.
Comms365 are an award winning, innovative Internet Service Provider with a wide range of products specialising in offering tailored and reliable services to channel as well as a proven track record within the Industry and ambitious plans for the future. I initially joined as an apprentice where on my first day all the staff members went out of their way to welcome me and provided training making me feel part of the team instantly where the feeling continues still 4 years later. Comms365 are an employee focused company regularly organising things to do and events where you can get to know your colleagues on a more personal level.

Customer Service Executive
Comms365 is a great place to work and build yourself as a person, and with new skills. I started out as an apprentice and recently passed becoming a permanent member of the team. The guidance I have had throughout my apprenticeship has been unfaultable, there’s always someone there to help and give support.
Comms365 is constantly growing as a business and is at the forefront of the industry and I’m looking forward to seeing what direction the business is moving toward and being a part of it!
