Mike has been Managing Director since 2008 and has rapidly grown this full service, innovative telecommunications company. Mike is an achievement-orientated, sales and marketing professional with a strong focus on delivery and client satisfaction.
By combining his knowledge of the marketplace with the ability to deliver bespoke services across multiple technologies, Mike is able to offer his customers an end to end structured solution that fits the purpose.
Shaun Nicholls is Technical Director at Comms365. With over 35 years of engineering experience, Shaun is ideally placed to offer a wealth of technical knowledge to his clients and partners.
Shaun has been Technical Director since 2008 and has been instrumental in designing and building large scale and often complex solutions for both smaller businesses and FTSE100 companies. With a focus on scalable and flexible architecture and a desire to fully understand his clients requirements prior to the design stage, Shaun can ensure that any deployed service will be fit for purpose.
Expertise in his field, as well as a wide ranging understanding of next generation networking enables Shaun to deliver against the business’s goal of innovation and long term customer satisfaction.
Ruth van Bunnens
Commercial and Marketing Director
Ruth is Commercial and Marketing Director at Comms365. She has over 25 years of experience working in senior marketing roles across different B2B sectors, including 10 years in telecoms. Her roles have included product development, brand management and business development.
Ruth brings a wide range of skills and expertise from working in a full service marketing agency, the insurance sector and media house. She continues with her personal development adding post-graduate qualifications in Market Research, Business Administration and Law. She is also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM). Her responsibilities across the business are Marketing, HR and QMS.
Jude is a qualified FCCA with over 20 years commercial experience. After working in a thriving Accounting Practice supporting a wide variety of small and medium businesses, 6 years ago she decided to set up her own freelance accounting service and has been supporting Comms365 ever since.
She brings to Comms365 a wealth of experience gained across media, TV and film production plus construction and manufacturing.
Drew has worked in the telecoms industry for over 25 years. He has held a number of senior Sales, Business Development and Sales Leadership positions in some of the world’s largest Telecoms & Mobile providers. Drew’s experience in the Telecoms market has involved a particular focus on the Channel, Partnerships and Wholesale, as well as the Enterprise Market.
Drew has a passion for new technology and is now focusing on Comms365’s Sales and go to market strategy, taking leading-edge Comms365 solutions to an ever-growing customer base of Partners and Enterprises, both in the UK and worldwide. Head of Development
Leighton James is Head of Development at Comms365. He has over 10-years’ experience in software engineering, specialising in web development technologies. With his experience, Leighton is ideally placed to architect scalable big data applications.
Leighton has been with Comms365 since 2014 and has played an integral part developing both in house support systems as well as service portals and APIs for customers. Leighton has experience in various technologies including Ruby-on-Rails, MongoDB and AWS, so can ensure that the correct tools are used to deliver scalable, efficient and highly available services.
With vast experience and an eagerness for agile and efficient delivery, Leighton is able to architect scalable technology stacks that can fit many different use cases and requirements, offering secure, flexible and reliable solutions.
Technical Sales Engineer
Mick Bond is Comms365’s Technical Sales Engineer. He has a strong technical background and commercial awareness with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
Mick worked as a Field Service Engineer and NOC Engineer prior to joining Comms365 in 2017. Using his expert knowledge, Mick works to understand customer requirements and translate these into Comms365 solutions which deliver business benefit and value.
Head of IoT and Products
Nick Sacke is Head of Products and IoT at Comms365 and has over 30 years of experience in senior Product, Pre-Sales and Commercial roles servicing SMB, Enterprise and Public Sector clients. Nick holds product and commercial development responsibilities for a set of innovative, market leading 4G, Bonded Internet, SD-WAN, and Internet of Things (IoT) service solutions for the B2B market space at Comms365.
As the commercial and technical lead for its IoT business, Nick’s key responsibilities involve developing and managing Comms365’s product roadmap, as well as planning and executing its commercial IoT strategy. There is a lot of noise around IoT at the moment, and it’s quickly becoming one of the fastest growing areas of technology. However, Nick believes there is a real need for ‘real world’ end-to-end IoT solutions that deliver defined outcomes and added value to the customer.
